So, its NOC has been approved by RDA and can be verified using reference number RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-TAX-02/966.

The investors can confirm the authorization from the official website of RDA, www.rda.gov.pk. The details of the NOC show that it has been authorized to acquire and develop an area of 11,823.50 Kanals. The developers have acquired environmental approval from Environmental Protection Department Punjab, which can be verified via letter no. DD (EIA)/EPA/F-65 (IEE)/2802/2014/579.
